I am wanting to make my programming skills more skilled, I have a slight understanding of PHP and some modules although none with Perl, I would like you to please give me some information and details on making my first 'Test' Site with PHP and Perl mixed, I am wanting this as I have never made a website which includes Perl therefore I want to be able to say I have, one day soon, and also then exercise my acknowledgement and skills with programming.
