This is a really weird question but I recently have been working on electronics as a hobby for the past 3 months, ive literally read every text book and logic book there is and there is still one thing I cannot understand, is how do you know where to put resistors, wires, copper paths, or anything anywhere no book has ever specified this, sure it teaches me how to make it but i never understood why its build that way, how do you when you put an IC down on breadboard where the wires go I understnad creating logic gates and what not but nothing explains the reasoning behind it you have a 6 pin IC how do you know that one wire goes to this resistor and then leading into lets say pin 6 and then from pin six the output to pin one, I just dont understand it someone help if you understand what I am saying
