try money supermarket.com or a comparison site on the internet, if you type in insurance it will bring loads up, just cause your from wales dont mean you have to get insurance in wales, it can be from anywhere (uk) but in most cases you will need a credit/debit card ect. if you aint got 1 you will need to put the money into the bank of someone who does and use theres. i live in blackpool and my insurance company is in newcastle.
