leaking nipples

My sister told me today that her nipple was leaking white stuff...but it onlu happened when her bf was playing with them. She says that she doesnt use protection, but that she has had her period for 2 months in a row so that she doesnt think shes pregnat.
She is very skinny, so she says she would know if she was pregnant. She says she is worried but doesnt have money to go to a Dr.
Is it possible for this to happen from excessive 'play' from her bf. She said he is always doing stuff to them all the time...
I thought I would ask for her since she doesnt have access to a computer and dosent know what to do or who to ask...

thanks in advance!

It can be somewhat common to have occasional discharge from the nipples, especially if there is any hormone fluctuation. If she wishes to confirm whether she is pregnant or not, she could purchase a home pregnancy test at the grocery or drug store. I would hope she would also consider using protection in the future. There are many things besides pregnancy that could occur from unprotected sex. Some that are life threatening, and I don't mean just HIV/AIDS. There are other STD's that can be very serious.

If the discharge becomes more frequent, she should see a physician. Are there any free clinics in her area? A Planned Parenthood or something?

I wish her the best of luck.

Yes, unprotected sex is very dangerous. Milky Discharge=Galactorrhea. Probavly due to excessive stimulation of breast by her boyfriend but the following needs to be ruled out:
High prolacatin levels(due to a benign tumor in pituary gland), or due to medications(incl some Hypertensive, herbal med, antidepressants, oral contraceptives, decrease in thyroid

Her doctor would be able to get a sample of the secretion and test it to see if anything thing was wrong. I had the same problem several years ago.
More than likely it will come back normal but it is a good idea to have it checked out!!

Get checked out at a pit. center. MassGen has one. I don't know of any in New York.
High levels of prolactin---caused by a pituitary tumor---can cause "leakage"---even in men.
