I have a 2000 concord and I have a pool of water in the car on the drive side front and back. My window and door seals are not leaking and it's only in the center where you put your feet. The only thing I can think of is that it is coming from the bottom of the car when I drive. How do I fix this? Any ideas welcome thanks!
I do not know if there's a hole underneth. I live in Oregon so I have not been running the air conditioner. It is two seperate pools of water. It's dry inbetween. Just where feet go in driver seat and back passenger behind the driver.
I don't know if it happens parked or driving it just started. I got the car last year in the fall and it didn't do it last winter.

hi! first ,do you get the pool of water when car is parked for extended period or does it manifest itself after driving the vehicle? Don't rule out leaking heater core, but if your fairly certain your doors and windows are sealing correctly i would first check the rubber knock out seals in the fire wall or door jambs ! these are routinely popped out to add alarm systems or stereo equip. and not properly refitted. If it's near a wheel well water can be directed into the vehicle by the tires and fill up fast.

pull up the carpet and if there,s little holes in the floorboard get some tar and patch the holes, just like you would on a house roof. it,s easier then laying a piece of metal, unless it,s a big hole then you have to lay metal with pop rivets but watch where your drilling at. you don,t want to drill into a brake line or gas line.

where do you live?

reason for asking is, if you've been running the airconditioner, it could be condensation draining into the car instead of under it, because of clogged up drain.
