Today while putting painter's tape on the wall of my century old house, I noticed that in the corner of the wall, the wallpaper is peeling. Apparently, the previous owners just painted over the wallpaper. It wasn't just one layer either, it was 2 layers of different wallpaper. Like I said, I'm going to be painting the wall and I don't want to have to paint again in another year or so because the wall is peeling. If I paint over it, the bumps of the peeling spots will be visible. It is fairly easy to pull off, so should I just peel it all off now or not?
