Lawyers tactics why do they send notification of court cases and important legal

Lawyers send documents and notification of upcoming court cases by e mail they do not tell the receipitant that the e mail has been sent by a lawyer, they label the subject as no subject, and there is no indication that the attachments are legal papers. Al the receiptant sees in his inbox is a e mail that has been sent by Mr ...... no subject and a large attachment ,how is he supposed to know the letter is important in effect it looks more like a virus/ junk mail than legal documents
