Lawyers .. please help. What should my friend do? It is completey unfair situation ...?
A friend was a graduate student working with a professor. Her professor used her power over her to make her cheat and do illegal stuff given the fact that she has too much power over my friend. My friend refused to commit any illegal stuff and thus, she ran out though problems with her advisor. Not only that happened, but also her advisor took the advantage of her work and did not give my friend any credit and did not pay her for her time doing the work for him (He used her for his work for free).
My friend complained to the university and she included all the email proofs and they did not do anything. Actually, they do not want to.
What should my friend do? She is in a totally unfair situation and the university is not doing anything.
The other thing is that my friend already left that country.
