I live at a residential complex on a university campus, I bought a car recently and informed the office twice about it and they have all my information. Today, they placed a parking rules violation sticker on my driver's window for no reason, I'm sure that my vehicle is not violating any rules. I can't drive the car because the sticker is blocking my view and it won't come off I'll have to pay a professional to remove it, I tried contacting them since this morning but couldn't get in touch with anyone. Should I call the police and report vandalism? can I sue for violation of my rights and wasting my time? what do you recommend? Thanks.
