My name is Madi, I'm 14, and I have a problem. My family is supposed to be moving and I'd prefer to finish high school and college here. My friend who has already moved out offered to let me move in with her. But the problem is I dont know if I'm legally allowed to. If my parents are OK with it and give me permission would I legally be allowed to move in with my friends (age 17-23) to finish school?
