I have dish network contract, we never received a contract, they won't send us a copy of the 'one we signed' We signed up through a satellite location, that is now non-existent. We were told it would cost x amount, and now we're getting charged almost double. They took all the good stations off, basically basic cable only. Every time I call they tell me to pay only x amount, but they never fix it so that I always have to pay that amount. They have been very uncooperative and charging past our budget, as we were told it would cost one amount and now it's way more. What legal actions can we take to get out of this contract without paying a cancellation fee (as it has cost us more money and time to contact them about these issues then anything else)??

Also, we didn't sign the contract with dish, but with the satelite company. And the terms and conditions of that 'contract' is that basically we would contact them, but they are now out of business...
