...not get Green Card.? My family was in the process of getting our Green Cards and had all the paperwork sent in. We were expecting to receive our paperwork saying we were able to get our Green Cards. Little did we know, our Lawyer's daughter/secretary had been embezzling our money that was meant to go along with the applications. This caused us to not get our Green Cards, and we may now be forced to go back home. What action can we take to obtain our Green Cards since we (for lack of a better word) got screwed over.
Well I am actually a studying college student, and am here on my father's L1. Though my time to be here is running out since I can no longer be on his Visa when I turn twenty-one.
