lawyers assosiations, what are they?

can anyone give me a simple summery of what these four association mean or do.
1. American Bar Association
2. California Attorneys for Criminal Justice
3. San Bernardino County Bar Association
4. State Bar of California


please no rude answers like "have you heard of dictionary or wikipedia"
im just looking for someting simple to undersand.
