can anyone view the will and will the executors know or be notifeid that someone has viewed the will . They will probably call the clerk to find the name of the person requesting to view the will
Does the probate court and the lawyer hired by the executors take the word of the executors when it comes to disbursing assests left to beneficaries and notifying beneficiaries . Example Fred lives out of town and is a beneficary .......A and B the executors tell lawyer they have contacted Fred and given Fred what he was bequested. Lawyer takes A and B word that they are following the will and have notified all necessary persons . Also what if one of the executors says you were left nothing and keeps the proceeds and gives it to you saying it is a gift from them !!!! not the deceased but them .
nobody has seen the will except A and B but apparently it is going to proabte .
