18 year old man in custody for robbing 3 cab drivers with fake gun in one night. He has not received a sentence yet. For now he is looking at one count of armed robbery, a class x felony. Because he did not have a real gun the attorney is fighting to lower the charge to a class 1 aggravated robbery. This is his first offense, what is the likely time this inmate with receive?...he has already served almost 3 months.
