im looking for a lawyer to sue a food company.. its a company of dried food like figs or other things.. what type of lawyer am i looking for and what are they called..thanks
im sorry for the vague ques..
im want to sue them coz i bought a defectve product..it was a pack of figs and it was contaminated with insects..

i am not asking anyone to tell me whether to sue or not.. i know wht i am doing..
i was 39 weeks pregnant when i bought the package. i started eating a fig when i felt something hard between my teeth..well it was an insect..i went to the doctor to make sure my baby and i am ok and i have not done any health harms..i was lucky nothing happened
i called the company and told them . they forwarded me to the insurance company..the insurance company said it was not the company's fault
so i went to food and health inspection.. they found th fault with the company and also asked me to keep the product incase i want to sue them. thanks
