My employer, did not pay me my wages today, claiming my time sheet was misplaced. (This is the same issue for some of my co-workers. This is an on going issue). knowing in good faith that my time sheet was properly turned in and on time. When approaching my boss about this, he ignores it by saying it will be on the next check. I dont back down from seeking answers because its my money their messing with. What is the next step? I have gone thru the open door policy all the way to the human resources. HELP PLEASE.
