Ok I'm going to the 8th grade and we have a very very very noisy and annoying assistant principle.
4 example he walks behind everybody like a ninja if he hears you curse he takes out he blackberry says" im going to email your mom that you were cursing".
I dont mind that to much (even though its kinda wierd).
But last year one of my female friends was texting during lunch and he took her phone and read all of her text messages. He was reading 4 at least 15 minutes. He was reading the ones she sent/recieved for the past week not only today. And he started questioning her about the messages(which were NOT violent or drug related) I don't belive he has permission to do this. Isn't this privacy violation. If this happens again can the person press charges.
Also can you be searched at school without suspecion, like metal detercors, then hand searched. Then thourgh backpack search. I belive this is also privacy violation.
