I am a college student 19 and recently was stopped by an under cover cop while i was carrying alcohol. I was told i would be given a summons and i was wondering what could happen? i was also wondering if the amount plays a role. It was in a bag that i was bringing to my dorm, which my older brother purchased, he was pulled over later and charged with selling/driving alcohol to a minor.
they followed him from the store to where i was waiting to take the bag and after i took it from the car and walked away he drove off they stopped me and pulled him over. they knew everything about me already which was weird. like my birthdate and who i was and who he was. the guy who stopped me said they trailed him because he bought keystone and was wearing dress pants?
