a link to a website? i would like a link to a govermental website or a copy paste thing because i would like to know the laws and the extend of the law like if it is the same for texxt messages

not a goverment thing other people reading mail not the goverment
 
The federal government can and does watch ever e-mail and or phone conversation recorded in USA. They only act on red flags such as terrorism terms
