Illinois Code of Civil Procedure? some one clearly committed perjury on a 13.3.1 discovery statement. It was a divorce that was final on may 14 2003 and I want to bring it up to the attention of the courts. Is it too late to address this. I want to use it to get the lost money back and to show the lack of credibility of the person who committed perjury
