A friend went to a store which he was follow and harassment by a employee. At first, the employee ask him did he want help, which my friend said no. My friend went to different sections of the store, which that employee follow him every where. Finally, after 30 minutes my friend cuss her out and she called security. She said she was doing her job. My friend is black and the lady following was white. What type of case would my friend have against the store?
