I was watching tv and i saw that commercial where this lady drives out of her driveway and causes a tricycle to move into the way of this cyclist-type person who swerves onto the road and causes a truck to swerve and spill concrete onto the lady who started it all and it ends with something about the lady regretting putting the car top down. Either way i was just wondering -really randomly actually- what she could be charged with...i mean what if that truck had actually swerved and killed someone on the pathway?
