Hello
Some people may think I am some sort of train spotter type person, but ive got into a habit of watching the credits go up on films so I can read the last paragraph.
The one at the end which tells you which laws films are made under.
Question.
Why are some films made under law of the United Kingdom and some under law of the United States and other countries?
Its just I watched signs with Mel Gibson on the BBC tonight, even though it makes no reference to or is filmed anywhere in the UK. At the end it says it was filmed in bucks Philadelphia under laws of the United Kingdom.
Gang of New York has the usual paragraph but where it usually says United States it says United Kingdom.
