i was just recently took advantage of by a attorney i hired for a case he basically caused me warrants for him not showing up failed to represent me i was arrested and had to bail my self out so i didn't loose my job i had to sell my truck. i paid him 3500.00 for his service and after i was arrested he would never return my phone call and had his secretary call me and tell me he was no longer representing me i had to pay 3600.00 to be bailed out because the judge thought i was lying about the attorney. i have called attorney after attorney that specializes in lawyer malpractice and they either wont return my phone call or say there would be a conflict. what can i do about getting my money back from this attorney that basically stole my money and ran. im in the southern California area can someone point me in the right direction
