Average salary of the people writing laws (congressmen/women) in our country (US) is just over $174,000 a year while the people that have to enforce these laws (Police for the most part) is only near $50,000. To make it worse, the congress get their salary tax-free and their health-care at no cost...is this messed up to anybody else?
