Hi there,
I've recently bought some travel tickets to places. Consultant, advised me of the prices (they are about $200 bucks cheaper than normal), so I quickly grabbed them of course, and sent my payment through. The transaction was done via the Phone & Email. (I've got emails of the quotes sent to me etc).
Now, they've emailed back saying they are unable to honor the price, 2 hours after I've made the BPAY payment (didnt even have the courtesy to call me to tell me).
Question is; am I able to fight this, and make them honor it?
