M Mathew New member Aug 23, 2009 #1 I know you can only use Amber flashing lights on civilian vehicles. What I want to know is: Is it illegal to have other colours in your vehicle, but not USE/OPERATE them? Can I get into trouble for just "having" them on the dash?
