I am living in Canada, AB. I was trying to buy a used car, so I told the seller if the inspection turned out good, I would buy it. I paid $150 for inspection, but before I received the result, the seller sold the car to third person. I want to know if it is legal that even though I paid for inspection the seller sold it without notifying me? What will happen to my $150?
