Is stealing a $1.19 soda considered a felony? If not, then what?
I didn't steal soda...........but need to know. I am an employee who paid for the soda after showing manager on duty I had it for my head ache. I drunk a little of the soda and paid for 5/10 minutes later once lines slowed down.
What are chances company will press charges? If very good chance, what charges? I was told to wait 48 hours and it has been 72 hours. That bad or good news? Is there a law in LA/CA that once you are told to wait 48 hours and it has been 72 hours, that management needs to let you back into work?
