I recently received a speeding ticket in Akron Ohio and I was going 75-55 and the officer wrote Down the wrong date the ticket had occured, he wrote down 11/30/2009 instead of the actual date it occured which was 10/30/2009, my court date is tomorrow 11/06/2009 can I fight this ticket legally?
