okay here's the deal.
my friend was at a car meet, where people were street racing. so he was soliciting, but never even got to race.
well, when the cops came, they came and got everyone, took them to jail, and smacked a big 5000 dollar ticket in everyone's faces.
well, street racing is a pretty serious thing in texas right now, im not sure about anywhere else, but what are the chances he'll get some some awful consequence worse than a suspension of driver's license or whatever is in tact with thiss kind of thing???? especially since this is his first offense.
