I went to see my family doctor today for Lumigan which is covered by my insurance. She wrote me for Latisse saying that I would need to see an optometrist to write this. Is it just me or can any licensed physician write any rx for whatever symptoms/uses they deem appropriate? I know PA's and such have limited prescribing abilities, but as she is an MD, I didn't think there would be any problem. Just curious. Thank you.
