A Alicia C Guest Jan 26, 2009 #2 Get married first, as the only true way to be safe is abstinence, but if you're not going to do that at least be fully committed to each other. That being said, there are polyurethane condoms. My husband and I used them for awhile because he is allergic to latex also. I also preferred them.
