Latest development on the already ongoing holiday saga?

Guys need a bit more Help, Following on from the holiday debacle involving my girlfriend, which she still isnt happy about but my brother got beaten up badly in london the other day and i have come down to be with him as he has said he wanted me too as he was too scared to be on his own. I told my girlfriend but she has flipped out saying i have wrecked all the plans we have had this weekend and im going away next weekend and I havent asked her to come. The reason i didnt let her come because my brother didn't want her seeing how he was. Im just lost guys first thing she kicks off as me and the family are going on holiday but she isnt coming as we can't afford it, but also because now my brother got beaten up and he wants me to go see him I just feel that she isnt understanding how hard it is for me and its all about her and what she wants i mean i couldn't say no too coming to see my brother there is a year between us he is me but younger he's my flesh and blood. What do i do could u please help because i cant take much more of this
 
you are the epitome of all guy confusions. all girls expect to come first in their guys life and most are naturally controlling brats. just let her be. dont worry about what you cant control. if she wont understand oh well. dont let ppl (girls) control you by their anger. it sounds like she is the only problem since she is being immature and clingy. how annoying!
