Lately I've been having really bad mood swings and honestly there giving me whiplash?

one moment I feel great and the next I feel like I want to die. I'm not use to being a emotional person, but lately I've had a lot huge changes in my life so I think I'm just having a hard time dealing with the stress. What are some healthy ways fo me to learn to regulate my emotions and control my self
 
go to the doctors and see if you have bi-polar disorder. take some time off for a bit or treat yourself to something you enjoy. Also try stay away from stressful situations
