Title says about what's happening....
- I've made sure that the pop up blocker was turned off
- I'm pretty sure I have the latest version of all my browsers
- I tried using 4 different browsers but yield no results (Firefox 3.6, Internet Explorer 8, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari)
A few other details:
- On Facebook, if I try any apps/games it either loads forever, or is blank space
- Youtube and Yahoo seem to be working fine
- I just got an Apple I-pod Touch, and when I get to the download link for Itunes, I can't download it....instead it says: Your browser is not compatible with this content; please upgrade to a standards-based browser. And I'm pretty sure I'm up to standards....
- I seem to be running into some white pages......it seems that some pages within websites load perfectly and fully at the top or sides, but then usually in the part that requires some loading is blank...
- The strange thing is that on some sites everything loads perfectly fine....on others....not so much...
I brought up this big problem when I realized that I "had" to download Itunes to get the Apple I-Pod Touch to work.....or else it would have been $300 for nothing...

Ok, when I say "not being able to download anything" I mean that, that little window that ask you if you would like to run or save the thing you're download doesn't even pop up. In fact..nothing does...it seems as if the page is still loading sometimes or else nothing happens..
Oh, and please don't tell me to restart my computer or that maybe it takes awhile to load....as I've restarted my computer several times, and waited for a long enough time with no results. And, this is an old computer....
I also have Internet Explorer's firewall on Medium...
I am running a virus scan on my computer right now....nothing wrong so far....and I think it'll keep itself that way....
Nevermind about the thing with downloading.......I just reinstalled firefox on google chrome but I had to wait awhile for it to load....the page seems like it's done loading, but the actual pop-up doesn't show up until 20 mins later.....however the page for downloading Itunes is still taking forever to load.....
