Late Period, negative pregnacy test? HELP?

Hi Everyone. I usually have a normal menstrul cycle, In March, I started on the 1st and ended on the 5th. Then a week later I spotted for 2 days on the 14th and 15th, and have not bled since, My period was due on the 1st and it still has not come, I am on a medication called Diamox, but talked to a couple diff phamacists and my md and all say it doesnt usually affect the cycle, not to mention I was on this med before and was still regular, I have been having some cramping like im going to start but just never do, I took a cheap Dollar General test Friday and it was neg. Can someone help, also life is good, not stressed, i know they say sometimes that can affect it! HELP me

the first thing you need to do is relax a bit.
stress can cause you to miss a period, also weight gain or weight loss can cause you to miss a period, wait a week and take a test again and if it's negative i say you are fine good luck.

Well i dont now your age but if your older sometimes you maybe skipping periods

First, purchase a better quality pregnancy test (or two) and take them.

Make an appointment to see a doctor asap, regardless of the results. From my understanding, over-the-counter pregnancy tests aren't always right. They can give you a false positive or false negative, and it's better to get checked by a doctor regardless.
