3. Take this wherever you want to, but I don't like the idea that all Americans who already can't afford health insurance are now going to be fined up to $3800 for NOT having it
4. No, it's not a "tax" just a fine (which the Feds will recover by... what? Oh, yeah: deducting it from your tax return !!)
