Chavez has issued an arrest warrant for Guillermo Zuloaga, the owner of Globovision and his son after raiding his home and finding a bunch of brand new Toyota SUV's despite the fact that Mr. Zuloaga also owns several car dealerships and keeps many vehicles at his home because it's safer than leaving them at the dealership.

Chavez is also changing the name of the state oil company, he's adding Socialista to the end of the name.
