capitol hill & I have noticed..? Last night I've been watching on tv the colorful reception for the chinese president "Hu" with the president of the united states obama in capitol hill & I have noticed that the u.s special home guards or i dunno what they call them .. there were two kind of guards .. one with red uniforms and black hats , and the others with black uniforms and white hats .. whatever ... what i noticed that guards were ALL OF THEM white blonde guys .. i keep watching it many times .. and i didn't see any colored man between them .. why ?
