Last 6 months having sharp chest pains, shortness of breath, burning sensation of left

arm, no answers? I am a fit 47 yr old female, that has a low heartbeat rate of 55, failed a treadmill stress test, heart looks great with all other tests, no asthma, do smoke lightly and for the last 6 months, shortness of breath sharp pains in chest (different spots) burning sensation of left arm, tired, and alot of pain. Please anyone help, need advice, just don't know where to turn
