I'm currently working on getting my license in esthetics in NYS. We will be learning some laser treatments but I'm interested in doing laser tattoo removal. I can't seem to find too much info on any laws/regulations on this in NY. All I've found is a couple articles saying most states have no regulations, but they don't say which. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks.
