Hi there,
I have small bumps all over my chin (no, not pimples/acne). My derm told me that it was scarring, and precribed Retin-A gel...hoping that it would remove the layers of skin over a years time. Anyway, I tried that...but there has been no change.
Now, I have an appointment on Thursday...and if no other solution is apparent...then I'm going to ask about laser skin resurfacing. However, I've heard that it doesn't always work on dark skinned people and instead causes more scarring.
Just wondering what you've heard about this...
