Lasagna much better as leftovers!

I don't know if it is just because we are not as sick as we were on Sunday
or what. We still have headaches, but stomachs are much better. This stuff
tastes awesome! Daughter ate all of hers. Even the vegetables.

It seemed to be much less watery after sitting in the fridge as well. I
will for sure be making this again. Picked up more pasta at the health food
store and also some Amy's sauce. The last jar dangit. I was told they will
be getting more on Friday. I must lay in a stock of it so I never have to
buy any other.

Yes, yes. Lasagna is a fine leftover. It's also a great secret weapon if
you have company coming and want to do the cooking a day or so ahead.
Lasagna will 'hold' and even improve if you assemble one day and cook the
next. If the guests were exhausting, you can enjoy the leftovers the day
after and not have to think about 'what's for dinner'. Polly

Works fine if you freeze it, too - we freeze it in portion-sized chunks,
usually wrapped in aluminum foil and then all the individual portions in
a plastic bag. We often "doctor" it once it thaws, e.g., we'll put a
fresh layer of cheese and/or meat sauce on top.

I differ. I always have a bowl of neauvu chili, then freeze one and
use one fresh.
