I woke up this morning (although i believe I started noticing it late last night) and noticed a very large (close to golfball size) bump on my forearm. It is red, tender, and Im guessing swollen. If you look close you can see a small hole where something bit. It stings when touched but also itches quite bad. Last night I did also start to notice sharp pains in center lower rib cage area, and the pain seemed to shift downwards this morning into my abdomin area. Im not really sure if this is related, I was lifting weights last night and easily could have strained something under there. I'm just wondering if this large bite is common, or if I should have it checked out. Thanks.
