Hiya guys
Hoping someone can give me some advice?, 5 years ago i was thrown down some concrete steps and it damaged my tail bone, ever since that has happened i have had some back pain and cannot lay down on the floor also a lump came up on the back of my neck it has been there ever since the tail bone damage but it was very small, now it has grown larger and it quite unsightly and it is given me headaches and shoulder pain. The lump is about the size of a very large grape lol and moves around a little bit and is quite hard to touch but not painful. Can anyone tell me if it might have something to do with my damaged tailbone and spine or something completely different?.
I know i should have seen a doctor but at the time it wasn't given me headaches.
