Large Art Supplies (canvasses and such) Storage?

Art supplies take on a life of their own!

I have a closet and a chest of drawers STUFFED with art and craft supplies and I still could use more room.

For large flat items, I've found the best place is under the bed. I've been known to slide them under the sofas, too ... shhhh! Don't tell! This solution won't work if you have a platform bed, but if your bed has legs you can increase your storage space with a set of bed risers ... I think they're about $10 for a set at WalMart.
 
I have been blessed with the gift of several large canvasses and drawing pads. I use them regularly, but the problem is I am running out of room to store all of my art supplies conveniently. Right now everything just looks like a mess!

I only have my room (I still live at home, and have to keep all of my personal belongings in my own room) to store it all. Any creative (and preferably easy on the eyes) solutions for this?
