hi there, i have just purchased a 2nd hand ACER 26” AL2671W HD-READY LCD TV, it works fine but when i connect it to my laptop the screen is very bright and very hard to see anything, iv tried playing with the settings but it doesnt change, i am usuing a VGA cable to connect it to my laptop and all my efforts to fix it have so far failed, any help please??? the laptop is a new brand toshiba high spec. the laptop and tv both have a HDMI input but right now all i have is a VGA cable
