Usually at least once a day I will try to get onto the internet on my laptop. It connects via a wireless connection. When I try to connect it says it is unable to connect at this time and so I run the troubleshooter. The trouble shooter says it is unable to fix the problem and suggests I reset or turn off the router. Once I do this the internet works fine, but it gets annoying having to get up and turn it off all the time. Also there are other laptops in the house and this problem NEVER happens to them. How do I stop this happening!?
